- METHOD
- boil the potato slice till half done .
- prepare the batter by mixing together cornflour,maida,egg ,salt,pepperpowder
- prepare the sauce by mixing together mayonnaise,sweetchillisauce,
- dip the potato slice in batter and shallow fry it till crisp
- add the sauce to ghe fried potato and mix it
- trim the sides of bread and apply the saucy potato mix
- cut and serve
